Banana Bread Latte

Afternoons are brutal when you're running on empty. This smoothie fixes that — cold brew coffee, frozen banana, almond butter, and EarthChimp Vanilla all blended into something that actually keeps you going. 20g of plant protein, a hit of caffeine, and no mid-afternoon crash. Takes 5 minutes. Worth every second. 

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 scoops EarthChimp Vanilla
  • ¾ cup milk of choice - Oat, almond, or soy milk all work great
  • ¼ cup cold brew coffee or chilled espresso - Skip or sub decaf cold brew to keep it caffeine-free
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt - Use a dairy-free yogurt (coconut or almond-based) to keep it fully plant-based

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter - Swap for peanut butter or sunflower seed butter if needed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) - Leave it out — the banana and vanilla are sweet enough

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender — banana first, then liquids, then the dry stuff on top.
  2. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until thick and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust — want it sweeter? Add a little maple syrup. Want it thicker? Add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and drink up.
