We’re a small company that you’ve probably never heard of. So we really appreciate anybody who puts their trust in us and decides to give us a go. 

But look, taste is a personal thing… and not everyone likes the same stuff. So if you don’t love EarthChimp… no hard feelings! 

Simply let me know within 30 days and I’ll happily refund your order - sounds fair?!

Just hit the chat bubble and let me know your order details… I’ll then let you know where to send your bag to.

Once I receive it, I’ll get your refund sorted.

PS: Full refund means the total amount you paid for your product (you’ll have to cover the shipping fee). Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
