Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These no-bake protein balls are the ultimate snack situation. Sweet, chocolatey, peanut buttery, and perfectly satisfying when you need something quick (aka… always). Made with simple pantry staples and powered by EarthChimp choc for a plant-based protein boost that actually tastes good.

Perfect for grab-and-go snacks, post-workday cravings, or that “I just want a little something” moment.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup EarthChimp choc
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter - Vegan Swap: almond butter

  • 3 tbsp honey - Vegan swap: maple syrup or agave
  • 3 tsp water (add more as needed)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
  • Add a splash more water if needed to help it stick.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Chill for 15 minutes… or dig in right away 😏
