Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Saturday morning energy, but make it clean. These chocolate protein pancakes are fluffy, actually filling, and made with ingredients you can read out loud without losing the plot.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops EarthChimp choc
  • Almond milk, as needed to make a thick pancake batter

Instructions:

  1. Add the EarthChimp choc to a bowl.
  2. Pour in almond milk a little at a time, mixing as you go, until you get a smooth, thick batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  4. Spoon the batter into small pancakes.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until the edges look set.
  6. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
