Christmas Sprinkle Protein Balls

Holiday vibes + snack power 💥 These no-bake protein balls are packed with chocolatey goodness and a festive crunch from sprinkles 🎅

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

  • 2 scoops EarthChimp choc
    2–4 tbsp Christmas sprinkles (or… go wild)

Instructions

  • Add everything to a bowl and mix well.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Chill or enjoy right away.
  • Store in fridge up to a week (if they last that long 😌)
