Easy Peanut Butter Strawberry Protein Smoothie

🕥 Prep time: 5 mins | 🥣 Serving: 1 (a big, filling one) | Recipe by: @robbieabelew

Some mornings you just don't have it in you to think about breakfast. This one's basically a milkshake that likes you back — frozen strawberries and banana blended with peanut butter for that creamy, dessert-y thing, plus a scoop of EarthChimp Vanilla for 20g of plant protein and 4g of fiber to keep you full past 11am. No bloat, no chalk, no nonsense. Toss it all in the blender, hit go, and you're out the door.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop EarthChimp Vanilla
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter (swap: almond or sunflower seed
  • butter to keep it nut-free)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1.25 cups almond milk (any plant milk works — oat makes it extra creamy)

Instructions:

  1. Slice your frozen banana into chunks — this helps your blender out.
  2. Add banana, EarthChimp choc, cocoa powder, and a small splash of milk to a blender.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy. Stop as soon as it comes together — you want ice cream texture, not a smoothie.
  4. Eat straight away for soft-serve vibes, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a scoopable texture.

Give it a try!
