Green smoothie 🌱

You know that 3pm crash where you're staring at your screen pretending to work? This smoothie is your new defense. It takes five minutes, tastes like a tropical vacation, and sneaks in a full serving of spinach without tasting like a lawn. The frozen mango and banana keep things sweet and creamy while EarthChimp Vanilla adds 20g of plant protein to actually keep you full. Blend it up in the morning, pour it into whatever cup is clean, and you're out the door.

The best part? Your kids might actually drink it too. The green color freaks them out for about two seconds — until they taste mango. Works as a quick breakfast, a post-workout refuel, or just a reason to feel like you've got your life together before noon.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops EarthChimp Vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 cup plant milk of your choice (oat, almond, coconut — whatever you've got)

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen mango, banana, and EarthChimp Vanilla.
  2. Toss the spinach and plant milk into your blender first — this helps everything blend smooth.
  3. Blend until creamy. If it's too thick, splash in a little more plant milk until you hit your perfect consistency.
  4. Pour and enjoy!
