Hidden Veggie Pink Smoothie Bowl

Some mornings you want something that feels a little different — not just another banana smoothie. This one earns its colour the honest way: frozen strawberries, a knob of creamy yogurt, and a small red pepper that practically disappears in the blender but gives the whole thing a vivid, jewel-toned pink. You'd never guess it was in there. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small red bell pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1 handful frozen strawberries (~1 cup)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 large spoonful plain yogurt
    🌱 Swap: use Culina coconut yogurt or any dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp Plain & Unsweetened protein

Instructions:

  1. Add the red pepper, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, yogurt, and EarthChimp protein into your blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water or plant milk if it needs loosening.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best colour and texture!
