High-Fiber Protein Smoothie 🫐🥬

Quick, creamy, and packed with goodness. This high-fiber smoothie blends frozen berries, greens, nut butter, and a scoop of EarthChimp for a filling breakfast or mid-day pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup yogurt of choice (use coconut or almond yogurt for a fully plant-based option)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp honey (swap for maple syrup or agave if vegan)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp choc (vanilla also works great!)
  • Handful of spinach

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen banana, berries, yogurt, milk, honey, nut butter, EarthChimp choc, and spinach to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Optional but fun: line the inside of your glass with peanut butter or extra yogurt before pouring in the smoothie for a pretty swirl.
  4. Pour, sip, and enjoy!
