'Tis the season for a shake that feels like a treat — but won’t weigh you down. This peppermint mocha delight blends up creamy, chocolatey, and minty goodness… with a little caffeine kick to keep you going. Cozy vibes, zero guilt. 💪

Ingredients

For the Shake:

  • 1 scoop EarthChimp choc protein powder
  • 1/2 cup iced coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp brown monk fruit sweetener (or maple syrup)

For the Topping:

  • Whipped coconut cream
  • No sugar added chocolate chips
  • Fresh mint sprig
  • Peppermint stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into your favorite glass.
