Sweet Potato Protein Bowl

Most protein bowls are an afterthought. This one starts with roasted sweet potato — caramelised at the edges, naturally sweet, and packed with nutrients — blended with frozen banana and EarthChimp vanilla into something that's closer to dessert than a supplement shake. Top it with coconut whip, a chocolate drizzle, and edamame protein puffs, and you've got a bowl that looks as good as it tastes. 20g of clean plant protein, no fuss, no fillers — just real ingredients doing real work.

Ingredients:

• 5 oz cubed sweet potato
• ½ cup nut milk
• 1 frozen banana
• 2 scoops EarthChimp natural vanilla protein powder
• Zero sugar chocolate drizzle
• Shredded coconut
• Edamame protein puffs
• Coconut whip

Instructions:

  1. Bake or air fry the sweet potato cubes at 400°F for about 15 minutes, until soft and slightly caramelised at the edges. Let cool slightly.
  2. Add the cooled sweet potato, frozen banana, nut milk, and EarthChimp vanilla to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Top with coconut whip, chocolate drizzle, shredded coconut, and edamame protein puffs.
  4. Eat immediately!
