The 2-Minute Breakfast Shake

This is the kind of shake you throw together half-awake and somehow it still tastes AMAZING. Creamy, filling, and done in literally two minutes. Perfect grab-and-go fuel before work, school runs, or life in general.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop EarthChimp Vanilla
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt - Plant-based swap: coconut, soy, or almond yogurt

  • 1 cup oat milk - Swap if needed: almond or soy milk
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  • Add everything to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour, sip, and get on with your day 💪
