Craving something that tastes like a Reese's cup but actually has 20g of protein hiding in it? This Ninja Creami recipe is what happens when dessert and your post-workout shake have a really good day together. Blend it, freeze it, spin it — three steps and you've got creamy, thick, peanut-buttery soft serve that doesn't taste like a compromise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (oat milk or almond milk work great)
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp Choc Organic Vegan Powder
  • 1 scoop PB Fit powder (or any powdered peanut butter)

Mix-ins (make it your own!)

  • handful: pretzels, roughly crushed
  • 1-2 tbsp: chopped milk chocolate (or dairy-free chocolate chips)

Instructions:

  1. Add the milk, EarthChimp Choc powder, and PB Fit powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Pop the lid on and freeze for at least 24 hours (it needs to be completely solid). For best results, freeze a full 24 hours. Rushing it gives you an icy texture instead of creamy soft serve.
  3. Remove from freezer, place the pint in your Ninja Creami, and run the Ice Cream function. If it's still too thick after the first spin, use the Re-spin function.
  4. Scoop into a bowl and top with crushed pretzels and chopped chocolate. The sweet and salty combo is everything.

Give it a try!
