Packed with protein and bursting with cookies & cream flavor, this single-serve treat is the perfect way to fuel up for the day ahead. Let's dive into the recipe and whip up a batch of these irresistible baked oats!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla creamer (I used @silk and it is imperative!!)
  • 1 @traderjoes GF Oreo (or other kinds)
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (use vegan if needed)
  • Festive sprinkles

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a single-serve oven-safe dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cane sugar, vegan vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, almond milk, and vanilla creamer. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Crush the GF Oreo cookie into small pieces and add them to the oat mixture, along with the mini chocolate chips. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared oven-safe dish.
  • Sprinkle festive sprinkles on top for a fun and colorful touch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the oats are set and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
