Packed with protein and bursting with cookies & cream flavor, this single-serve treat is the perfect way to fuel up for the day ahead. Let's dive into the recipe and whip up a batch of these irresistible baked oats!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 1 scoop EarthChimp vanilla
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla creamer (I used @silk and it is imperative!!)
- 1 @traderjoes GF Oreo (or other kinds)
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (use vegan if needed)
- Festive sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a single-serve oven-safe dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cane sugar, vegan vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, almond milk, and vanilla creamer. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Crush the GF Oreo cookie into small pieces and add them to the oat mixture, along with the mini chocolate chips. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle festive sprinkles on top for a fun and colorful touch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the oats are set and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
