  • 2 scoops EarthChimp choco
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea water) as an egg replacement
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 2 tbs agave
  • Your favorite peanut butter for filling!


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  • Add the coconut oil, aquafaba, coconut milk, and agave to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and a thick batter forms.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bite.
  • Using your finger or the back of a spoon, create an indentation in the center of each bite.
  • Spoon a small amount of peanut butter into each indentation, filling it to your liking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-25 minutes, or until the bites are firm to the touch and lightly golden around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and let the bites cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
