Ingredients

  • 2 scoops EarthChimp vanilla
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of sea salt

For the white chocolate drizzle:

  • Handful of white chocolate chips
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  • Line a bread tin with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the tin.
  • Melt coconut oil and white chocolate chips together, then drizzle over the top of the bars.
  • Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes until set.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!
