Ingredients
- 2 scoops EarthChimp vanilla
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of sea salt
For the white chocolate drizzle:
- Handful of white chocolate chips
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Line a bread tin with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the tin.
- Melt coconut oil and white chocolate chips together, then drizzle over the top of the bars.
- Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes until set.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
