Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups of Oatmeal you can use steel cut oats
  • Chia Seeds
  • Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup of Honey
  • Vanilla Extract
  • 2 scoops of EarthChimp choco
  • Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  • Add the oatmeal, a sprinkle of chia seeds, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, EarthChimp Vegan Protein Powder, and a handful of chocolate chips to the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and a thick dough forms.
  • Using your hands or a spoon, scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  • Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
  • Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let the bites cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
