Strawberry Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup strawberry puree

1 tbsp plant milk

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs, room temperature (sub flax or chia eggs for vegan)
  • ½ cup maple syrup, room temperature
  • ¼ cup plant butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup strawberry puree
  • 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries, chopped roughly

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
