Packed with the irresistible flavor of Biscoff cookies and the goodness of protein, these bars are perfect for busy days or post-workout munchies.



  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup EarthChimp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds of your choice (optional)


In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Biscoff spread, EarthChimp vanilla protein powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, chopped nuts or seeds (if using), and a pinch of salt.

Mix until well combined and the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
