Craving a guilt-free dessert that's rich in flavor and protein? Try our Chocolate Caramel Swirl Protein Collagen Ice Cream! Made with coconut cream, collagen, and EarthChimp's chocolate protein powder, it's a delicious treat that's also keto, gluten-free, and dairy-free.

Ingredients

For the Ice Cream:

  • 2 (14-ounce cans) Coconut Cream
  • 1 1/2 scoops collagen
  • Ā½ cup Cacao Powder
  • 1 1/2 scoops EarthChimp Choco
  • Ā¼ cup Monkfruit Sweetener
  • Ā¼ cup Dark Chocolate chips

For the Keto Caramel Sauce:

  • Ā½ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 3 tbsp Monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Ā½ tsp Sea Salt

Instructions:

Whip coconut cream until fluffy, then add collagen, cacao powder, protein powder, and sweetener.

Stir in dark chocolate chips.

For the Keto Caramel Sauce, simmer coconut milk, sweetener, almond butter, vanilla, and salt until thickened.

Spread ice cream mixture in a pan, drizzle with caramel sauce, and swirl.

Freeze until firm but scoopable, about 2-4 hours.
