Coffee Smoothie Bowl

When your morning needs a wake-up and a treat — this Coffee Smoothie Bowl has your back ☀️ A creamy, dreamy blend of banana, coffee, EarthChimp vanilla, and a touch of sweetness, all topped with fresh fruit. It’s breakfast AND your caffeine fix, all in one beautiful bowl.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground coffee (freshly brewed with hot water)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • A splash of plant-based cream (or coconut cream)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (instead of honey to keep it vegan)
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp vanilla
  • Fresh fruit for topping (strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, etc.)

Instructions

  • Brew the coffee using 2 tbsp of ground coffee + hot water. Press or filter as needed.
  • In a blender, combine the banana, ice, cream, sweetener, EarthChimp vanilla, and the brewed coffee.
  • Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with your fave fruits.
  • Grab a spoon, take a seat, and enjoy that buzz! 🍓✨
