When your morning needs a wake-up and a treat — this Coffee Smoothie Bowl has your back ☀️ A creamy, dreamy blend of banana, coffee, EarthChimp vanilla, and a touch of sweetness, all topped with fresh fruit. It’s breakfast AND your caffeine fix, all in one beautiful bowl.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground coffee (freshly brewed with hot water)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
- A splash of plant-based cream (or coconut cream)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (instead of honey to keep it vegan)
- 1 scoop EarthChimp vanilla
- Fresh fruit for topping (strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, etc.)
Instructions
- Brew the coffee using 2 tbsp of ground coffee + hot water. Press or filter as needed.
- In a blender, combine the banana, ice, cream, sweetener, EarthChimp vanilla, and the brewed coffee.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your fave fruits.
- Grab a spoon, take a seat, and enjoy that buzz! 🍓✨
