Mornings just got easier (and tastier πŸ™Œ). This simple, wholesome Oats in a Jar recipe is a perfect grab-and-go breakfast that packs creamy texture, a hint of spice, and plant-powered goodness. Featuring EarthChimp protein, it’s the dream combo of healthy + yummy. 🌱🍫

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt (like almond or coconut yogurt)
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp choc protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • A handful of vegan chocolate chips
  • A dash of pumpkin spice

Instructions

  • Grab a jar or container with a lid.
  • Add the oats, yogurt, EarthChimp choc, and coconut milk. Stir well.
  • Top with sliced banana, chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
  • Seal the jar and pop it in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • Wake up and enjoy your creamy, dreamy oats straight from the jar!
