Mornings just got easier (and tastier π). This simple, wholesome Oats in a Jar recipe is a perfect grab-and-go breakfast that packs creamy texture, a hint of spice, and plant-powered goodness. Featuring EarthChimp protein, itβs the dream combo of healthy + yummy. π±π«
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt (like almond or coconut yogurt)
- 1 scoop EarthChimp choc protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- A handful of vegan chocolate chips
- A dash of pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Grab a jar or container with a lid.
- Add the oats, yogurt, EarthChimp choc, and coconut milk. Stir well.
- Top with sliced banana, chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
- Seal the jar and pop it in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Wake up and enjoy your creamy, dreamy oats straight from the jar!
