Ingredients

Protein Coffee

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup plant-based coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 2 scoops EarthChimp vanilla
  • 2 tsp espresso powder
    1/2 cup ice

Caramel Sauce

  • 6 coconut milk caramels (vegan-friendly)
  • 1 tbsp plant milk

Instructions

  • Blend all the frozen coffee ingredients until smooth and frothy.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramels with 1 tbsp of plant milk for about 45 seconds. Stir until silky.
  • Drizzle some of that caramel sauce inside your serving glass.
  • Pour in your protein coffee shake.
  • Add more caramel on top and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.
