When comfort food meets plant-powered goodness! This easy choc-dipped French toast is sweet, spiced, and topped with juicy berries. Perfect for brunching or cozy mornings when you want something extra 🤎
Ingredients
- 1 scoop EarthChimp choc
- A splash of almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 egg (use a flax egg for vegan version)
- A dash of cinnamon
- Bread slices (sourdough or whole grain = yum)
- Berries (for topping)
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk almond milk, egg (or flax egg), EarthChimp choc, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Dip bread slices into the mixture — soak both sides generously.
- Cook on a lightly greased pan until golden on both sides.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh berries and a little extra cinnamon if you like 🍓🔥
