Ingredients

  • 1 scoop EarthChimp choc
  • A splash of almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 egg (use a flax egg for vegan version)
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • Bread slices (sourdough or whole grain = yum)
  • Berries (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk almond milk, egg (or flax egg), EarthChimp choc, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Dip bread slices into the mixture — soak both sides generously.
  • Cook on a lightly greased pan until golden on both sides.
