These fluffy, chocolatey pancakes are powered by EarthChimp Choc and come together with just a few pantry staples. Add fruit and drizzle something delicious on top, and boom — pancakes with purpose 🙌
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup oats (blended into flour)
- 2 cups plant-based milk (like almond or oat)
- 2 scoops EarthChimp choc
- Fresh strawberries (for topping)
- Almond butter or maple syrup (optional drizzle)
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Blend oats into flour and add to the mashed bananas.
- Mix in plant-based milk and EarthChimp choc until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan and cook pancakes on medium until bubbles form, then flip.
- Serve warm with strawberries + your fave drizzle! 🥞🍓
