No-Bake Choc Protein Balls

Snack goals = unlocked. These No Bake Chocolate Protein Balls are your go-to for that 3pm energy dip or a quick grab-n-go post-workout treat. Packed with EarthChimp choc and just a handful of wholesome ingredients — they're fudgy, satisfying, and take no time at all!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond/sunflower butter)
  • 2 scoops EarthChimp choc
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4–5 tbsp plant-based milk (add gradually to get the texture just right)
  • 1 tbsp chia pudding (or just chia seeds if preferred)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together oats, EarthChimp choc, salt, and chia pudding.
  • Add peanut butter and stir well.
  • Gradually add the milk — start with 4 tbsp and add more if the mix feels too dry.
  • Once you’ve got a soft dough, roll into balls (about 1 tbsp each).
  • Pop them in the fridge to set for 15–20 mins.
  • Store in an airtight container… if they last that long! 😉
