Vanilla Protein Latte with Berry Cold Foam

This one’s for the latte lovers who like a lil extra ✨ With a creamy vanilla base, bold espresso, and a dreamy berry foam on top — this is your new go-to iced drink. It’s got the café vibes, the protein boost, and the just-right sweetness from that berry syrup swirl. Obsessed? Yeah… us too 💅

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop EarthChimp vanilla
  • Milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • Ice

For the berry cold foam:

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream (alt to whipping cream)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp homemade berry syrup (or sub with a blended mix of frozen berries + maple/agave)

Instructions

  • Brew your espresso and set aside to cool a bit.
  • In a shaker or blender, mix your milk with EarthChimp vanilla until fully blended and frothy.
  • Pour over ice in a glass, then add your espresso shots.
  • In a separate cup, froth the cold foam ingredients (coconut cream, milk, berry syrup) until light and fluffy.
  • Spoon the foam on top of your drink and give it a gentle swirl. YES, it’s as good as it looks 😍
