Black Cherry + Carob Chip Protein Balls

Snack cravings? Sorted. 🙌 These no-bake cherry + carob chip energy balls are sweet, fudgy, and loaded with plant power thanks to EarthChimp. Perfect for a grab-and-go boost!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries, pitted (let thaw slightly)
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 scoops EarthChimp plain (or vanilla for extra sweetness)
  • 1/3 cup carob chips (half pulsed, half whole for crunch)
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend cherries until smooth.
    Add rolled oats, sunflower seed butter, EarthChimp, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Pulse until a sticky dough forms.
  • Mix in half the carob chips, saving the rest to fold in for texture.
  • Roll mixture into balls (about 1–1.5 inches wide).
  • Place on a tray and chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to set.
