Chocolate Fudge Protein Brownies

Dense. Fudgy. Chocolate-packed. These no-fuss brownies are the dreamy combo of ripe bananas, rich cacao, creamy peanut butter, and a plant-based protein boost from EarthChimp choc. Want to level them up? Add the melty dark choc coating — we dare you not to fall in love. 😍 

Ingredients

  • 3 small or 2 large super ripe bananas (the browner, the better!) 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 
  • 1/4 cup EarthChimp choc 

Optional but delish:  

  • A pinch of salt 
  • A pinch of baking powder (for a little lift) 
  • Chocolate coating: 1 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking pan (8x8 works great) with parchment paper. 
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. 
  • Stir in peanut butter, cacao, EarthChimp choc, and optional salt/baking powder. Mix until combined. 
  • Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top. 
  • Bake for 18–22 mins — edges should be set and center slightly fudgy. 
  • Let cool completely (for max fudginess). 
  • Optional coating: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together, then pour over cooled brownies. Chill until set. 
  • Slice, serve, and savor! 🍫
