Chocolate Fudge Protein Brownies

Dense. Fudgy. Chocolate-packed. These no-fuss brownies are the dreamy combo of ripe bananas, rich cacao, creamy peanut butter, and a plant-based protein boost from EarthChimp choc. Want to level them up? Add the melty dark choc coating — we dare you not to fall in love. 😍
Ingredients
- 3 small or 2 large super ripe bananas (the browner, the better!) 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup EarthChimp choc
Optional but delish:
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of baking powder (for a little lift)
- Chocolate coating: 1 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking pan (8x8 works great) with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter, cacao, EarthChimp choc, and optional salt/baking powder. Mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 18–22 mins — edges should be set and center slightly fudgy.
- Let cool completely (for max fudginess).
- Optional coating: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together, then pour over cooled brownies. Chill until set.
- Slice, serve, and savor! 🍫
