Pumpkin Spice Latte

Cozy autumn mornings just got better šŸ‚ Say hello to your new favorite fall sipper — a creamy, spiced latte with a protein boost to keep you going (without the sugar crash). Perfect for sipping at your desk, your kitchen counter… or anywhere you need a little seasonal pick-me-up!

Ingredients

  • Double shot of espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • Ice
  • 1 cup plant milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp vanilla

  • 90 ml coconut cream (alt to heavy cream)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin spice mix for extra fall vibes

Instructions

  • Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  • In a blender or shaker, combine milk, pumpkin purĆ©e, EarthChimp vanilla, cinnamon, and any optional spices.
  • Add the coffee and give it a quick blend (or shake) until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour over ice into your fave glass.
  • Top with a splash of whipped coconut cream if you’re feelin’ fancy. šŸŽƒ
