High Protein Fall Pancakes

Bringing serious autumn vibes to your breakfast game 🍁 These high-protein flapjacks are soft, fluffy, and super festive — boosted with EarthChimp choc for that extra plant-based power and seasonal flair. Just add a dash of fall sprinkles and you're set! 🎃🥞

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake or waffle mix
  • 1 scoop EarthChimp choc
  • Water or plant milk (add gradually to reach desired batter consistency)
  • A handful of fall-colored sprinkles (orange + black for the win 🍂)
  • Vegan butter, for topping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and EarthChimp choc.
  • Slowly add water or your fave plant milk while stirring until you get a smooth, pourable batter.
  • Toss in the fall sprinkles and gently fold them into the mix — don’t overmix! Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed.
  • Pour small rounds of batter and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve warm with a pat of vegan butter, a few extra sprinkles, or your fave fall toppings (maple syrup, sliced banana, or cinnamon apples work great!).
