Creamy Almond Butter Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 scoops (50 g) EarthChimp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • Almond butter drizzle 🥜
  • Fresh berries or banana slices 🍓🍌

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, EarthChimp vanilla, cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup, yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well until everything’s combined.
  • Cover and let soak in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours)
  • In the morning, give it a good stir, then top with almond butter drizzle and fresh fruit.
