Ingredients
- 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 scoops (50 g) EarthChimp vanilla
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
- Almond butter drizzle 🥜
- Fresh berries or banana slices 🍓🍌
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, EarthChimp vanilla, cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup, yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until everything’s combined.
- Cover and let soak in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours)
- In the morning, give it a good stir, then top with almond butter drizzle and fresh fruit.
