Dreaming of the tropics? šļø This creamy smoothie bowl blends mango, banana, pineapple, and EarthChimp Vanilla into a thick, refreshing base ā then itās all about those toppings. Sweet, satisfying, and sunshine in a bowl!
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups frozen tropical fruit (banana, mango & pineapple)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut cream (or swap for any nut milk or coconut water)
- 1ā2 scoops EarthChimp vanilla
Toppings (your choice ā hereās some inspo):
- Frozen mango chunks š„
- Fresh sliced strawberries š
- Purely Elizabeth granola (or any vegan-friendly granola)
- Hemp hearts š±
- Dark chocolate chips š«
- Peanut butter š„
Drizzle of maple syrup (vegan swap for honey)
Instructions
