This Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is one of those throw-it-in-and-blend recipes that just works. It’s naturally sweet from banana, perfectly nutty, and powered by our vanilla EarthChimp for that smooth, filling boost that keeps you going all morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (oat, almond, soy or any creamy plant-based option)
  • 2 scoops EarthChimp vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 large tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

💡 Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds for extra fiber
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • Swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter if nut-free

Instructions

  1. Start by pouring the milk into your blender (this helps everything blend smoothly).
  2. Add the EarthChimp vanilla and frozen banana pieces.
  3. Spoon in the peanut butter.
