Strawberry Protein Popsicles
Freezer full, blender happy. When it's too warm for a shake and too late for a smoothie bowl, these strawberry banana popsicles are the answer. Just blend juicy strawberries, frozen banana, and soy milk with EarthChimp Strawberry and a splash of vanilla, pour into molds, and let your freezer do the rest. Double the strawberry, none of the fuss — creamy, fruity pops with a plant protein boost hiding inside. Kids love them. You'll love them more.
Ingredients
🍓 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
🍌 2 frozen bananas
🥛 1 cup soy milk (any plant milk works)
🥄 2 scoops EarthChimp Strawberry
✨ Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add strawberries, frozen bananas, soy milk, EarthChimp Vanilla, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top. Tap gently to release air bubbles, then add sticks.
3. Freeze for 4–6 hours until solid.
4. Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to release. Enjoy!
